If your item is faulty within 5 days of your delivery PLEASE take photo proof and send it straight to LuxuriousLaceLingerie@outlook.com
From there we will be happy to resolve any issues and make sure you leave a satisfied customer!

- Preferably inside our gift boxes that it was sent to you to ensure the lingerie is protected during transit.
